Missions Organizations
Gethsemane has three Main Mission Organizations: Brotherhood, Women's Missionary Union, and Ladies Quilting/Crocheting Circle. These groups have several age levels groups which meet regularly.
Brotherhood
The Gethsemane Brotherhood Men have breakfast on the 2nd Sunday of each month in the Fellowship Hall at 7:30a.m.
All men & boys are invited to this breakfast. Please, come and join us.

The Brotherhood, led by Mike Strong, also offers a missions-oriented classes for Elementary age boys (CIAs). The Children in Action meet each Wednesday at 7:00p.m. The CIAs are directed by Michelle Willliams.

WMU
Our monthly activities which are part of the WMU are the Women on Mission Night Circle. This group meets once a month at the church. The Night Circle will meet on the 1st or 2nd Sunday each month. The Night Circle meets at 4:00p.m. This group meets and works together on local as well as World mission projects.
The WMU also has groups for children: the Children in Action (Girls, grades 1-6) and Mission Friends (Preschool Children). The CIAs and Mission Friends meet on Wednesdays at 7:00p.m. while the Acteens meet on Sundays at 6:00p.m. The CIAs are led by Michelle Williams, Mission Friends by Darlene Maples.

Ladies Quilting/Crocheting Circle
This group meets each Tuesday Morning at 10am and stays for a sack lunch. The Ladies work on projects which the lovingly prepare for others. Some have been donated to hospitals, others to the North Jefferson Women's Ministry, and others to new couples or moms. Ladies from the community are invited to come be a part of this sweet group serving others.
